Diagnosis 
CommentOn Comoro Islands [fide PETERS 1854, BAUER 1995] but questionable fide F. Glaw (pers. comm.). 
EtymologyNamed after Cavaliere Carlo Antonio Fornasini (b. 1805), an Italian collector who operated in the area around Inhambane, Mozambique, from 1839.
