Diagnosis	Diagnosis: A very slender blind-snake with 18 midbody scale rows and nasal cleft proceeding from second labial; most like R. bituberculatus but body more elongate and snout not so strongly trilobed.
Comment
Etymology	Named after Margaret Butler, wife of the collector of the holotype.
