Type locality: “Giadinh, South Vietnam” [“Gian-Dinh, Cochinchine”, fide P. DAVID, pers. comm.).

Diagnosis 
CommentThis species may be a synonym of T. diardii (Nguyen et al. 2009). 
EtymologyNamed after the type locality.
