Type locality: coastal Persian Gulf, Assaloye City, Bushehr Province, Southern Iran (27° 18′ N, 52° 42′ E, elevation 50-221 m).

Paratype: FTHM (also as FTHR) 002691. Adult male, other data as for holotype.

Abundance: only known from its original description (Meiri et al. 2017).
