CommentThe species is partly (or mostly?) terrestrial, and partly (mostly?) arboreal. 
EtymologyNamed after the Malagasy name ‘Marojejy’ meaning ‘many jejy,’with jejy apparently referring to the rounded rocks at the summit that resemble ‘jejy’ gourds used to make traditional musical instruments.
