Type locality: Delectable Bay, Acklin's Island, Bahama Islands.  
TypesHolotype: LSUM 27500, young adult female 
EtymologyNamed after Albert Schwartz (1923-1992), American biologist and entomologist. Schwartz was Professor of Biology, Miami-Dade Community College (Forida). See Henderson 1993 for biographical notes.
