Diagnosis | Diagnosis: An Elapsoidea with 172-180 ventrals in males, 165 in female; head and dorsum pale brown, without any trace of paler bands (Figs. 13); ventrum creamy white; three lower labials in contact with each anterior sublingual (100%); dorsal scale rows on neck 15; relative position of heart 22.2-22.7 % VS (ventral scute) in males and 24.2 %VS in female. |
