Diagnosis | Diagnosis: An Emoia with short legs, barely meeting when appressed; inter- parietal fused; frontal longer than prefrontal; 22 lamelae under fourth toe; 28 smooth scales around body; allied to cyanurum and kordoanum but with shorter legs (Dunn 1927: 9). |

Etymology | Dunn doesn’t give an etymology but the species is likely named after its similarity to E. lessonii (= E. cyanura) and E. kordoana. |
