Type locality: China (probably Hongkong fide SMITH 1935).

Diagnosis 
CommentDistribution: Reports from Vietnam may be erroneous (Ota et al. 1995). Not in Vietnam fide Luu et al. 2015. Possibly in Yunnan (China) but records from there are questionable (Wang et al. 2022). 
EtymologyNamed after its distribution in China.
