Type locality: Kuk Fiong Reserve, Hanamninh Province (Cuc Phuong National Park, Ninh Binh Province), N Vietnam.  
Reproductionoviparous; Parthenogenetic species. 
TypesHolotype: ZISP (ZIL) 19802, adult female 
Diagnosis 
CommentDistribution: Sang et al. 2009 assume that this gecko occurs also in India, S China, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia. 
EtymologyNamed after the type locality.
