Type locality: 10 mi. E Baradères, Département de la Grand'Anse, Haiti.

Diagnosis

Abundance: Rare. This is one of the species called 'lost' and 'rediscovered' by Lindken et al. 2024. 
EtymologyNamed after Lee H. Parish (d. 1931), who was on the 1930 Parish-Smithsonian Expedition to Haiti, led by Alexander Wetmore and, financed by Semmes W. Parish.
