Diagnosis 
CommentBehavior: diurnal

Habitat: fully arboreal (Harrington et al. 2018). 
EtymologyNamed after Dr. Jacques de Saint-Ours (1924-1968), a French geologist and, like C. A. Domergue, who described the snake, an enthusiastic speleologist.
