TypesLectotype: ZMB 11345 (male), Paralectotype: ZMB 66715 (juvenile), leg. Conradt 
CommentDifferential diagnosis: Differs from other two-horned species (except K. matschiei) by straight lateral crests, and by apically convergent horns in males (except K. multituberculata and K. vosseleri); from K. multituberculata by its shorter dorsal crest in both males and females, and lack of tail crest; differs also from K. vosseleri by much larger size, and flat interorbital scales.
