Diagnosis 
CommentNot listed by FRANK & RAMUS 1995. Only known from the holotype (Amey et al. 2005).

Limb morphology: 3 digits, 3 toes 
EtymologyFrom the Latin speciosus (beautiful), in reference to the color pattern. (G. Shea, pers. comm., 9 Feb 2024)
