Diagnosis
Comment	Belongs to the “neuquensis” group of Liolaemus according to CEI & VIDELA 2003.
Etymology	Named after Latin “flavus” = yellow, and “piceus” = blackish, in reference to the peculiar dorsal coloration of the lizards.
