|Types||Holotype: PNM 2045, an adult female; on 18 March 1990 by barrio residents, preserved by R. I. Crombie. Paratypes. USNM 319287, 319289, CAS 188164, adult females, and USNM 319288, an adult male, same locality data as holotype; collected on 18-20 March 1990 by barrio residents.|
|Etymology||The species epithet chrysoprateros derives from the Greek words chrys meaning gold and prater meaning trader, in recognition of the encouragement and support for our work in the Philippines given by our dear friend, H. G.Jarecki, former chairman of Mocatta Metals Corporation.|
