Type locality: Huacho, Ica, Pisco, and Islay, Peru (restricted to the vicinity of Huacho, Lima Dept., Peru, by DIXON & WRIGHT 1975).

icae: vicinity of Ica, Peru; Type locality: 12 km NE (rd), Ica, Ica Dept, Peru.
