CommentDistribution: Not in Benin fide ULLENBRUCH et al. 2010, but possibly Benin (Hughes 2013). Not in Niger fide Trape & Mané 2015.

Subspecies: Myriopholis narirostris boueti (CHABANAUD 1917) is now considered as a valid species.
