visayanum: Cebu, Negros, Panay; Type locality: “Near the headwaters of Maite River, appr. 3,000 feet, Cuernos de Negros, Negros Oriental Province, Negros Island, Philippines”.

CommentDistribution: Reports from SE Mindanao are likely misidentifications (SUPSUP et al. 2017).
