CommentDistribution: not listed for Querétaro by DIXON & LEMOS-ESPINAL 2010. Not in Guanajuato fide Leyte-Manrique et al. 2022. 
Etymology“The specific name was derived from the Greek words callos, “beautiful” and cephale = “head”, in reference to the prominent white stripes on the head of young individuals.” (LEMOS ESPINAL ET AL. 2015).
