Diagnosis 
CommentType species: Sympholis lippiens COPE 1861 is the type species of the genus Sympholis COPE 1861.

Synonymy: partly after WALLACH et al. 2014: 692.

Diet: scorpions, centipedes and spiders (Jackson et al. 2019).
