Diagnosis 
CommentVenomous!

Synonymy: Regarded as a synonym of Trimeresurus kanburiensis Smith, 1943 by McDiarmid et al. (1999). Older literature references to T. kanburiensis are likely to refer in fact to this taxon.

Similar species: Closely related to C. macrops.

Habitat: fully arboreal (Harrington et al. 2018).
