Distribution	Hispaniola, Sierra de Baoruco, República Dominicana Type locality: 3 km NE Las Auyamas, 3300 ft., Barahona Province, Republica Dominicana. Possibly intergrading with A. d. dominicensis in Pedernales Province. Elevation: 2300 ft. to 4450 ft.
