DiagnosisDIAGNOSIS: A (former) subspecies of Typhlops richardi characterized by far anterior reduction of scale rows, relatively high labial fIare, large size, and a relatively high number (mode 11) of pigmented scale rows [from THOMAS 1966: 190].
