DiagnosisDiagnosis: “Lower eyelid with an undivided transparent disk; frontoparietal single; interparietal present; supranasals widely separated, bordering nostril; 5 golden yellow lines on the body; tail pale red.” (Taylor 1915: 98) 
Comment 
EtymologyNamed after Latin “rufus” = red and “cauda” = tail.
