Type locality: Montagne d'Ambre National Park (12°30' S, 49°11' E), ca. 750–800 m elevation, Antsiranana Province, northern Madagascar  
Reproductionoviparous (not imputed, fide Zimin et al. 2022) 
TypesHolotype: ZSM 2103/2007 (FGZC 1095), adult male, collected on 25 February 2007, by P. Bora, H. Enting, F. Glaw, A. Knoll, J. Köhler and A. Razafimanantsoa. Paratype: ZFMK 87585 (ex-ZSM 25712004), adult gravid female

EtymologyNamed after Timon Robert Glaw, son of Frank Glaw.
