Type locality: Mont Kala, 3’ 52” N; 11’ 31” E, à 800 m [elevation], Yaoundé, Cameroun.

EtymologyNamed after Professor Jean-Louis Amiet, Swiss zoologist, herpetologist, entomologist, ecologist, and ichthyologist, formerly at Universite de Yaounde, Cameroon.
