CommentNot listed in SCHMIDT 1919. 
EtymologyNamed after Henri-Martin Hackars (1881-1940), District Commissioner in the colonial administration, Belgian Congo (Zaire). He was involved in the administration of Institut des Parcs Nationaux du Congo BeIge.
