Type locality: Sanpoto near Ryuganpo (Yongamp'o) (female) and Suiunto Island (Sin-do Island), Korea (male)

CommentDistribution: there is a place in extreme NW North Korea called Ryongampo near the border with China (Google maps)

Abundance: Rare. This is one of the species called 'lost' and 'rediscovered' by Lindken et al. 2024. 
EtymologyApparently named after its occurrence in Korea.
