Diagnosis 
CommentHabitat: partly arboreal (Harrington et al. 2018). 
EtymologyPresumably named after the color pattern wherein each primary blotch is completely divided into four secondary blotches by the presence of pale centers, hence “quadruplex” (four-fold weave)
