| Diagnosis | Diagnosis: Cyrtodactylus tehetehe sp. nov. can be distinguished from all other congeners by the following combination of characters: known maximum SVL 71.4 mm; supralabials 12; infralabials 10–11; tubercles on dorsal surface of upper arm absent; tubercles on ventrolateral body folds present; longitudinal dorsal tubercle rows 16; paravertebral tubercles 32–34; ventral scale rows 51–53; precloacal depression absent; precloacal pore single; enlarged precloacal scales present; femoral pores absent; enlarged femoral scales absent; subdigital lamellae on fourth toe 23; enlarged transverse median subcaudals absent.
