Diagnosis
Comment	S. tridigitus differs from most species of Sphenomorphus by having the upper temporal scale overlapping the lower one (instead of the opposite condition).
Etymology	Presumably from the Latin tres (three) plus digitus (digit), referring to the tridactyle limbs.
