Type locality: Roche Parfait, 9.0 km NE Plaisance, 215 m, Département du Nord, Haiti.

TypesHolotype: CM 60515. 
Diagnosis 
CommentSpecies group: Xiphosurus cuvieri species group (fide NICHOLSON et al. 2012).

Abundance: only known from the type locality (Meiri et al. 2017).

Habitat: semi-aquatic (Baeckens et al. 2021) 
EtymologyNamed after Eugene D. Graham Jr., the co-discoverer of the lizard with Thomas Thurmond and Schwartz.
