DistributionSri Lanka, India (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Southern plains of the Ganges, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Haryana), Pakistan

Highest Elevation Range is up to 1842 meters asl (Abinesh & Vishnu 2022).

Type locality: Ceylon (= Sri Lanka), restricted by Mertens 1969.
