DistributionW/C Thailand (Chiang Mai, Sara Buri, Nakhon Ratehisima), Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam.

Type locality: Paktjong (= Pakchong), 160 km northeast of Bangkok, near a street between Bangkok and Korat, Thailand.

DiagnosisDiagnosis: “Rückenflecken kaum aufgehellt, klein, zahlreich und dicht beieinander stehend, so daß ihre dunklen Ränder ein feinmaschiges Netzwerk bilden, während die Tendenz zur Längsstreifung selbst bei halbwüchsigen kaum erkennbar ist. Flanken mit einem karminroten Längsband; 2-3 schwarze, zuweilen durch einen hellen Querstrich geteilte Querbänder nur in der Prä- und Postaxillarregion oder ganz fehlend (Weibchen). 9-12 Schuppen quer um die Mitte auf der Unterseite der Tibia; etwa 3 Dorsalschuppen entsprechen der Breite einer Bauchschuppe, 16-19 Femoralporen jederseits” (Mertens 1961: 508).
