Type locality: Duke of York Island, Bismarck Archipelago, Papua New Guinea.

CommentSynonymy: partly after WALLACH et al. 2014.

Distribution: Watling et al. (2010) note that the Taveuni population is not R. depressus but may be aluensis or something else.
