Type locality: 15.6 km W of Leichhardt River crossing at Mt. Isa on Barkly Hwy, 20° 35’ S, 139° 28’ E.

Diagnosis 
CommentBelongs to the subgenus Strophurus.

Morphologically most similar to S. wellingtonae but genetically most similar to eastern Australian S. williamsi. Parapatric with two morpholocially different populations of S. ciliaris.

Habitat: arboreal 
EtymologyNamed after Kristin Alys (“krisalys”) Sadlier, Ross Sadlier’s daughter.
