Reproductionovovivparous.

DiagnosisDiagnosis: This form may be distinguished from maculatus maculatus and maculatus haetianus by the presence of an immaculate band the length of the belly between two rows of ventral spots, by the darker dorsal ground color, by the small number of ventrals (171-182 instead of 185-200), and by the small number of maxillary teeth (12 rather than 15). (Stull 1928)
