Type locality: Doi Phu Kha, Pua District, Nan Province, Thailand, (19°10.40’N; 101°06.44’E; 1700 m a.s.l.)  
Reproduction 
TypesHolotype: AUP-01823 (Figures 3 and 4 in Chomdej et al. 2022),adult male, collected on October 25, 2018 by Parinya PAWANGKHANANT and Mali NAIDUANGCHAN.
Paratypes: AUP-01824 and AUP-01825 (Figure 5), two adult females; collected between October 25 and 26, 2018 by Parinya PAWANGKHANANT and Mali NAIDUANGCHAN from Doi Phu Kha, Pua District, Nan Province, Thailand (19o10.40’N; 101o06.44’E; 1 700 m a.s.l.). 
Diagnosis 
CommentDistribution: for a map with the type localities of Cyrtodactylus wayakonei, martini, zhenkangensis, menglianensis, phukhaensis, and caixitaoi, see Liu et al. 2023: 535 (Fig. 6). 
EtymologyNamed after the type locality (Doi Phu Kha).
