Comment 
EtymologyNamed after Guido Nicosia, an Italian novelist and diplomat. He was Italian Ambassador to Madagascar and Mauritius (1996-1999). His novels are mostly thrillers with an ambassadorial figure as the hero. He helped Jesu and Schimmenti during their visits to Madagascar (1995-1999).
