Diagnosis
Comment	Distribution: Liolaemus disjunctus occurs well off the known range of the genus, being in the province of La Libertad, while no Liolaemus is known north of the department of Junin. Synonymy: Gutiérrez et al. 2018 hypothesize that L. disjunctus may be a synonym of L. signifer.
Etymology	Named after Latin disjunctus, unyoked; disunited, separated. [“...Its type locality is well off the known range of the genus, being in the province of La Libertad, while no Liolaemus is known north of the department of Junin...”]. (from Esteban Lavilla, pers. comm., May 2024)
