Reproductionoviparous (not imputed, fide Zimin et al. 2022) 
TypesHolotype: BMNH 1946.8.18.32 (formerly 95.5.23.670, Aden, collected Col. Yerbury. 
Diagnosis 
CommentSynonymy: MAUSFELD (pers. comm.) suggested to assign this species to the new genus Euprepis. LOVERIDGE 1957 placed this species in the synonymy of M. brevicollis.
