Diagnosis 
CommentKLAVER & BÖHME (1997) list this species as s synonym of C. rudis (based on BROADLEY & HOWELL 1991: 13), but mention that it may be a valid species. 
EtymologyNamed after Richard Sternfeld (1884-1943), German zoologist.
