Type locality: Idanre HiIls, Province Ondo, Nigeria occidental, 800 m elevation.

TypesHolotype: ZMUC 34701 male; paratypes male: ZMUC 34264-267-308-314-315, MHNG 2236.17-18 (7 ex.); paratypes male: ZMUC 34266-309-311-313-702, MHNG 2236.19 (6 ex.). Au total 14 exemplaires récoltés par Arne Schi0tz, 1959-1961. 
Diagnosis 
CommentAbundance: only known from its original description (Meiri et al. 2017).
