Type locality: Boconó, Estado Trujillo, Venezuela.  
Reproductionoviparous 
TypesHolotype: MCNC 3971, a 325 mm male (M. Urosa Sambrano, 5 Sept. 1966).
Paratypes. Five specimens: MCNC 713, 2012, 3968, 3972, and ULABG 3792 (formerly MCNC 3969), with same data as the holotype.
