Comment	Distribution: not in Colombia fide Bernal (2025). The Colombian specimens cited by Silva Haad (2004) were reidentified by Passos et al. (2007) as A. snethlageae.
Etymology	Named after the indigenous Indians of Wayâpi on whose territory the type specimens were found. As there already existed several animal species dedicated to this ethnic group among the Acridians and Amphibians, authors chose the name of the leader, Chief Zidok.
