Distribution	Mexico (SE Oaxaca, NW Chiapas) macdougalli: NE Oaxaca; HOLOTYPE: UIMNH 27845; Type locality: Mexico: Sierra Madre, 5-10 km E La Gloria, District of Juchitan, Oaxaca; T.
