Diagnosis | Diagnosis (genus). Maximum SVL 68 mm with a moderately elongate body, well developed limbs and digits, and relatively long tail (maximum tail length c. 200% of SVL). |
Comment | Uncommon and restricted to a few localities. Type species: Lygosoma (Leiolopisma) novae-caledoniae PARKER 1926 is the type species of the genus Caesoris SADLIER et al. 2015. |
Etymology | Named after it’s occurrence on New Caledonia. |
