CommentHabitat: Ground, wet sclerophyll forest, 900 m elevation. 
EtymologyNamed for Albert John Coventry (1936-2007), Officer-in-Charge of the herpetology collection at the Museum of Victoria and close friend of the author. (G. Shea, pers. comm., 9 Feb 2024)
