CommentAbundance: very rare; thought to be extinct but rediscovered in 2000 (Langner 2019). This is one of the species called “lost” and “rediscovered” by Lindken et al. 2024. 
EtymologyNamed after Douglas DuQuesnay, who apparently discovered the type (but note that Grant misspelled the binomial with -eyi instead of -ayi).
